1. Go to Play Store and in a search box and type " Lost Android " or go to link  Click Here and install the app in to your phone. Click on Get Started and you will see a bar code you can install it by scanning bar code or by clicking on push from google play.

2. While installing it will ask for your Phone email id enter and give permission to access your phone.

3. Open the app with the name of Personal Notes and make changes as per your choice.

4. Now go to your PC and open a website Click Here and Sign in with your phone G-Mail account which is left side of the page. When you sign in click on Controls and you will remotely control your phone the main thing is that your phone must be connected with internet other wise you can not access it remotely.
