How to Edit a Scan File in MsWord

Today i will explain that how you can edit any scan file in Ms word some time we need to fill any form or any documents but we have just a scan copy or we want to edit it but when we didn't find any way that how to edit it then you just follow the below step i hope you will do it easily and this is the very easy method for doing this process just you need a Microsoft office every one have this in his computer what you need is how to do it so i will show you the best method see below image step by step.


Requirement :- Ms Office 2007 
 


 1.While installing Ms Office click on Customize

2. Click on Office Tool

3.Click on Microsoft Office Document Imaging then click Run all from my computer and click install.

4.When installation finish pick a file which you want to scan and while scanning select Tif imaging and click scan.

5.Then go to start menu and open Office Document Imaging.

6.Now your file is open Select CTRL + A to select all file the border will be red then click Copy wait few second file will be copy.

7.When file copied then click Ms word option i have mention below image then select ok your file will be send to Ms word

8.This is a final result now you can Edit and change any thing in this file .
